Paul Tschieder

Regional Vice President – (see bio)

Mr. Tschieder is our Region Vice President for the state of Florida. Paul started his career in lending in 2004 as a residential mortgage loan officer, and since then has held lending positions within Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Bank of America and loanDepot.

Paul works with investors on growing and managing their real estate portfolio. With over 20 years of personal real estate investment and property management experience he has learned to successfully navigate this highly competitive market and generate continuous positive cash flow from these assets.

In 2010 Paul expanded his lending experience into the private equity market to meet the credit needs of North Florida’s business community. Working with a group of investors he originated, underwrote and presented business loan proposals to the credit committee.

Paul is a Graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Mike Blevins

Area Market Manager – Commercial Loan Advisor – (see bio)

Mr. Blevins services the Jacksonville market as well as being a member of our Advisory Board and our Senior Vice President for our Commercial Construction Group.

Mike is a highly experienced commercial real estate lending professional and real estate developer with over 30 years of combined experience in commercial banking, lending and real estate development.

Prior to joining Southern Capital Funding Network, Mike held several high-level positions within the commercial banking industry to include Vice President – Fifth Third Bank, Senior Vice President – Bank Atlantic, Senior Vice President – Barnett Bank and Senior Vice President – Security Pacific Bank. He has worked in the private sector as CFO – Group 12, and President/Owner of Real Estate Solutions, Inc.

Mike is an ex-college athlete, having played 4 years varsity for the Jacksonville University’s basketball team and was a starter on the NCAA Finalist Team that was runner-up for the national championship.

Mike is a graduate of Jacksonville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management.

Bubba Roby

Area Market Manager – (see bio)

Mr. Roby is our Area Market Manager on the Florida Gulf Coast concentrating on servicing the Destin, Ft. Walton, Panama City, and Pensacola markets. Bubba has over 25 years of experience working with small and medium sized companies helping them grow their business by advising them on options for funding growth by comparing the costs and benefits of traditional lines of credit, personal assets and A/R based solutions such as factoring and asset-based lending facilities.

Prior to joining Southern Capital Funding Network, Bubba held the titles of Vice President – Federal National, Vice President of Sales – Marquette Transportation Finance, Vice President of Business Development – Transport Financial Solutions, and VP & Business Development Officer – Bibby Transportation Finance.

Mr. Roby is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
