Southern Capital Funding Network, LLC (SCFN) is an Atlanta-based commercial finance advisory company that focuses on arranging alternative lending solutions for business owners, commercial property investors and developers of commercial real estate projects throughout the country. Our highly experienced origination team consists of Area Market Managers, Business Development Representatives , and Independent Referral Organizations (IROs) throughout the major and middle markets across the country.
With an emphasis on alternative commercial real estate lending and small-business financing, SCFN relies on an extensive network of capital sources such as local, regional and national commercial lenders, pension funds, mortgage REITs, Wall Street CMBS investment banks, debt funds, hedge funds, life insurance companies, private funds, and offshore capital sources.
Since our inception in 2014, Southern Capital Funding Network has arranged alternative financing for small business owners and investors in commercial real estate asset classes to include multi- family, office, retail, hotels, and industrial. In addition, we have also secured financing for senior living facilities, land acquisition and development, self-storage, parking garages, manufactured housing communities, and master planned communities.
SCFN proudly works closely with local small business owners that are often overlooked and not supported by local traditional sources of capital financing to help arrange alternative growth capital and lending programs through SBA loans, asset-based lending programs, business lines of credit, unsecured term loans and short-term working capital financing.
