In addition to being a senior member of our Advisory Board, Mike also serves as the company’s Senior Vice President – Commercial Construction Lending.
All of our commercial construction clients work directly with Mr. Blevins who leads our Commercial Construction Lending Group out of Jacksonville, Florida.
Mr. Blevins is a highly experienced commercial real estate lending professional and real estate developer with over 30 years of combined experience in commercial banking, lending and real estate development.
In addition to his extensive experience as a developer, Mr. Blevins has held several high-level positions within the commercial banking industry to include Vice President with Fifth Third Bank, Senior Vice President with Bank Atlantic, Senior Vice President of Barnett Bank and Senior Vice President of Security Pacific Bank.
Mr. Blevins has worked in the private sector as well, serving a CFO of Group 12, and President/Owner of Real Estate Solutions, Inc.
Mike is an ex-college athlete, having played 4 years for the Jacksonville University’s basketball team and was a starter on the NCAA Finalist Team that was runner-up for the national championship.
