LIONEL L. GRANT, II

Regional Vice President – (see bio)

Mr. Grant serves as the Regional Vice President for Alabama, and the Mid-Atlantic Region of Virginia and Maryland where he provides strategic leadership across all market operations, business development initiatives, and investor relations.   His commitment to excellence and deep market knowledge makes him a trusted partner for those seeking to grow and diversify their real estate investments.  

Lionel brings extensive experience as a commercial mortgage advisor and has served as Managing Partner of a private capital funding group based in Alabama.   In this role, Mr. Grant was responsible for overseeing brokerage operations, cultivating lender and investor relationships, and driving business development efforts across the Southeast region. 

With over 35 years of experience in sales management, consulting, and commercial real estate finance, Mr. Grant offers a deep well of expertise in securing funding solutions for investment properties and development projects. 

Mr. Grant is an alumnus of the University of Alabama, where he studied Interdisciplinary Studies with a strong focus on business and leadership development. He is also currently pursuing theological studies with a concentration in Apologetics at the United Theological Seminary. His commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth continues to shape both his professional success and his leadership in faith-based and business communities.

MICHAEL SLOAN

Area Market Manager – Commercial Loan Advisor – (see bio)

Mr. Sloan serves as our Area Market Manager in Mobile, primarily focusing on working with businesses and commercial real estate owners-operators in the Mobile Bay and West Florida markets.

With over 16 years of dynamic professional experience across the commercial banking, financial services and logistics management sectors and Mike has always provided his clients with a unique blend of operational expertise, a customer-centrist approach and analytical depth.

Mr. Sloan has worked for several national banks and local credit unions in the Mobile area, as well as regional and national mortgage companies. Mike has served as RVP of Commercial Lending with Trustmark National Bank and Commercial Business and Retail Relationship Consultant with Compass-BBVA Bank. He served as a Financial Sales Advisor for Wells Fargo Bank and as an Equity Analyst for the Navy Federal Credit Union. 

Mr. Sloan also has extensive residential mortgage origination experience. Prior to entering the commercial banking industry, Mike served for 5 years as a Sales Manager for Nehemiah Mortgage Partners.

Mike is a graduate of North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration.
