Lionel brings extensive experience as a commercial mortgage advisor and has served as Managing Partner of a private capital funding group based in Alabama. In this role, Mr. Grant was responsible for overseeing brokerage operations, cultivating lender and investor relationships, and driving business development efforts across the Southeast region.
With over 35 years of experience in sales management, consulting, and commercial real estate finance, Mr. Grant offers a deep well of expertise in securing funding solutions for investment properties and development projects.
Mr. Grant is an alumnus of the University of Alabama, where he studied Interdisciplinary Studies with a strong focus on business and leadership development. He is also currently pursuing theological studies with a concentration in Apologetics at the United Theological Seminary.
