Atlanta

VINCE OTTONE – (see bio)

Regional Vice President 

Vince serves as our Regional Vice President for the Southeast Region and is responsible for managing our Area Market Managers in the states of Georgia, TennesseeSouth CarolinaNorth Carolina and Kentucky, as well as leading all business development activities and client relationship support throughout the Southeast market.  

With over 30 years of experience as a commercial banker, lender and underwriter, Vince has held positions with several of the region’s largest banks to include, Senior Vice President, Market Executive with Signature Bank in Peachtree City.  Vince has a proven track record serving as a Vice President with Synovus Bank, South Trust Bank, Hamilton State Bank, Ameris Bank, Touchmark National Bank, BB&T, Wells Fargo, and Bank of Atlanta.

Vince is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Savannah

KAREN BOOTH – (see bio)

Senior Vice President – Market Manager 

Mrs. Booth serves as our Senior Vice President/Market Manager for the Savannah market and is responsible for new business development activities and client business support throughout the Georgia Coast. 

With over 35 years of commercial banking experience, Karen has held various senior management positions that include Relationship & Portfolio Manager for both small and large businesses, Credit underwriter, Credit approval officer, and New Business Development Officer.   Karen’s client base is very diverse, consisting of manufacturers, distributors, service businesses, retailers and real estate developers.

Prior to joining Southern Capital Funding, Karen was a Director and Commercial Banking Team Leader with a leading national bank in the Northeast market covering Connecticut and upstate New York.  Additionally, she held several positions at Citizen’s Bank (formerly State Street Bank of Boston) and other regional banks in the Northeast, that ultimately merged into Fleet Bank/Bank of America. 

Karen’s expertise is in building strong business relationships externally, with clients and business professionals and she takes a consultative approach to find financing solutions for her clients.

Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Fairfield University and she earned her MBA from The University of New Haven.
