Mr. Winters serves as Vice President/Area Market Manager for the Ft. Walton – Florida Gulf Coast markets where connects business owners, investors, and real estate professionals with commercial financing and strategic capital solutions. Josh is a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly 15 years of executive leadership in the automobile industry. As Owner/CEO of City Limit Motors, he built a full service preowned dealership offering multiple financing programs, extended warranties, a repair facility, and comprehensive customer support. He also serves as CEO and Managing Partner of JWINT Enterprises LLC, a vehicle finance company providing subprime lending options to higher risk borrowers.

Josh began his career in real estate, becoming the youngest licensed real estate broker in Illinois and managing a team of seven agents. He is currently a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty servicing the Ft. Walton Beach and the Gulf Coast area. Beyond his business ventures, Josh has held key leadership roles in community organizations, including serving as President of the PPRC at the United Methodist Church and President of the Eldorado Men’s Club, where he helped grow membership and raise significant funds for local charitable initiatives.

Josh holds a realtor license in Florida and Illinois and earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from ITT Technical Institute.
