Kyle serves as our Regional Vice President for the Southwest Region, responsible for leading our efforts for expansion within the state of Texas and surrounding states. This includes our business development activities and growth in new client acquisition.

Additionally, Mr. Whisman is responsible for managing our Area Managers in key markets in Texas including Dallas Fort Worth, Houston and Austin/San Antonio, and the surrounding states to include Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Colorado.

Kyle has over 42 years of relevant lending industry experience, including management positions with Landmark Bank, Hibernia National Bank and Capital One Bank. Further, he has deep consulting experience with transaction stricture, due diligence, business strategy and troubled debt workout. He estimates he has originated and/or underwritten over $500 Million in Commercial Real Estate or Business debt.

Mr. Whisman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
