KYLE WHISMAN

Regional Vice President - Texas

Kyle serves as our Regional Vice President for Texas, responsible for leading our efforts for expansion within the state. This includes our business development activities and growth in new client acquisition. Additionally, he is responsible for Area Managers in key markets including Dallas Fort Worth, Houston and Austin/San Antonio.

Kyle has over 42 years of relevant lending industry experience, including management positions with Landmark Bank, Hibernia National Bank and Capital One Bank. Further, he has deep consulting experience with transaction stricture, due diligence, business strategy and troubled debt workout. He estimates he has originated and/or underwritten over $500 Million in Commercial Real Estate or Business debt.

Mr. Whisman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
