JENNIE LOPER

Mrs. Loper co-founded Southern Capital Funding Network in 2014. In addition to her duties as Executive Vice President, Mrs. Loper provides mentoring to Women Owned Small Businesses. Mrs. Loper understands the challenges women business owners and managers face on daily basis and is often sought out by others within the business community for advice and guidance.
Mrs. Loper is a proven small business leader with over 18 years of experience successfully building, staffing and managing small local businesses. Prior to co-founding the Southern Capital Funding Network, spent 10 years building and leading a local non-for-profit organization and managing their local retail store. At the time of her hire, the retail store operated in a 5,000 square foot facility and consisted of a staff of 2 employees and dozens of volunteers. With her expert knowledge of sales and operations, she was instrumental in growing the retail store platform over the past 10 years into a 25,000 square foot facility with over 30 full time employees and 300 plus local volunteers. Her skill as a small business manager enabled the non-for-profit organization to become one of the most successful local small businesses in the area and earn a reputation as one of the most efficiently run retail stores within the community.
Mrs. Loper is graduate of the University of Maryland.
KYMBERLY MCMILLAN
Vice President
Human Resources & Talent Acquisition
Mrs. McMillan serves as our VP of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition and works closely with our executive leadership team on designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates. Kymberly leads all company recruitment events and hiring campaigns and evaluates candidate profiles, recommends qualified candidates to the hiring manager, coordinates interviews, and ensures proper employee on-boarding and company compliance training for all new hires.
Mrs. McMillan has worked for the Emory University Hospital School of Medicine since 2013 and currently serves as the Program Coordinator for Emory’s Transitional Year Internship Program. As Program Coordinator, Kymberly ensures Emory’s residency programs meet national accreditation standards and that medical school graduates have fulfilled all requirements necessary to participate in the internship program.
Kymberly graduated Cum Laude from Belmont Abbey College in Bemont, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in History.
AUSTIN LOPER
Business Intelligence Analyst
In his role as Business Intelligence Analyst, Austin helps identify and market direct to business clients and commercial real estate investors, as well as develops company product guidelines and identifying system requirements to enhance business operations.
Austin is an ex-college athlete, having played 4 years varsity baseball for Berry College. During his senior season, he was a relief pitcher on Berry’s first Southern Athletic Association Conference championship team. After graduation, Austin spent two years coaching at the high school level, serving as Assistant/Pitching Coach for the Our Lady of Mercy's varsity baseball team, as well as an Assistant/Quarterback Coach on the school's varsity football team.
Austin is a graduate of Berry College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration with a Minor in Business.
