Our Story

Southern Capital Funding Network, LLC was formed in 2014 by a private group of seasoned, experienced lending professionals with one thing in mind: “Provide small business owners and commercial real estate investors in the Southeast with fast, reliable sources of capital to support their continued growth and success.” 

The principal founder of the company began providing working capital and arranging alternative financing for small businesses throughout the Southeast in 1988. Our Area Market Managers have a proven track record working for small businesses in several different business sectors, as well as working for large multi-national corporations and banking institutions.   This helps provide our management team with a unique perspective in what it is like to operate a business in today’s challenging marketplace. 

Unlike most of the larger banks, we understand the daily challenges most small business owners and commercial real estate investors face.  At Southern Capital Funding Network, we understand that every business or real estate investment is different.  Unlike most local community banks and larger national lending institutions that can only offer SBA loans or conventional bank loans, we can help arrange several alternative capital solutions to the business owner or real estate investor. 

Due to the unique background and experience of our management team, we specialize in some areas of the small business community and real estate investment sectors that are often overlooked and not supported by local traditional sources of capital financing.
