Mr. Coad is based out of our Birmingham, Alabama office and works closely with our RVPs and Area Market Managers to identify commercial lending and investment solutions for our clients throughout the Southeast.  Rick is a 40-year finance industry veteran with extensive C-Suite experience in commercial banking, healthcare financing, corporate finance, and private debt and equity raises.

Anthony Loper continues to provide leadership and guidance in his role as a Co-Founder and works closely with the Executive Team and Advisory Board members on the strategic growth and operation of the company.  

Mr. Loper continues to build on a 30+ year accomplished career in corporate finance, mortgage banking, operations, sales and business development. He has held numerous executive positions within the banking and finance industry and has managed national lending operations based in Atlanta, New York, Seattle and London, England.
