Vice President/Area Market Manager – Nationwide

Seeking candidates to serve as Area Market Managers in major markets across the country. As the primary representative in the assigned market, the Area Market Manager will develop a relationship with small business owners, commercial realtors, commercial bankers, financial advisors, CPA’s, title companies, etc., in developing opportunities to sell the company’s commercial lending products. Candidates should have experience as a Commercial Banker and/or a Business Development Officer with at least 2 years’ experience as a commercial or residential loan officer, commercial bank manager, or experience selling residential or commercial real estate.

Business Development Manager – Nationwide

Seeking candidates to serve as Business Development Representatives in major and mid-markets across the country. Responsible for selling commercial loan services, developing initial relationships with prospects, and coordinating with Regional Vice Presidents to close the selling process. Develop sales strategies for expanding referral sources. Identify potential clients and markets. Utilize networking and referrals to generate business leads and identify potential small business borrowers. This role involves lead generation, proposal creation, client relationship management, and generating leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online prospecting.

Independent Referral Organizations (IROs) – Nationwide

The primary role of an Independent Referral Organization (IRO) is to pursue new commercial lending clients by networking, cold calling, marketing, or other means of generating interest from potential small to mid-size business owners and commercial real estate clients. Our IROs are not limited by a geographical territory and are able to solicit and fund loans throughout the United States and countries where products are available. The Independent Referral Organization will have access to all company lending sources and programs. Our ISOs receive full product training from SCFN senior management and have direct access to company personnel and support services.
