With more than a decade of hands-on experience in property inspections, construction consulting, and client relations, Luke brings a uniquely practical perspective to the lending process. He has
completed over 10,000 property evaluations, served as a lead home inspector, and continues to act as a bank draw inspector—verifying construction progress and safeguarding lender interests.
His deep understanding of real estate, construction workflows, and lending requirements allows him to anticipate challenges early and deliver financing strategies that align with each client’s
goals. Luke is known for his professionalism, integrity, and responsive communication. He is a graduate of Springfield College, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychosocial Dynamics of
Learning.
