Mr. Minnotte has over 15 years of experience in the commercial banking sector as well as
owning several businesses in a multitude of industries.

Ken currently serves as Vice President of Business and Commercial Lending for ORNL Credit
Union where he oversees all commercial lending and banking activities for ORNL’s 31 branch
locations in 9 counties throughout the Knoxville and eastern-Tennessee markets.

Ken has spent the majority of his career in banking, starting in retail management and advancing
to Business Banking and Commercial Lending. He has worked with several of the nation's
largest banks including, Wells Fargo, First Citizens Bank, Mainstreet Community Bank, and held
the position of Executive Vice President with First Avenue National Bank in Ocala, Florida
which merged with CBC Bank out of North Carolina.

Mr. Minnotte is also a proud United States Air Force veteran with 8 years of honorable service in
many areas throughout the Middle East. During peacetime, served in the Security Forces and
after 9/11, served in Afghanistan and Iraq as a Gunner on the HH-60 Pave Hawk attack
helicopter.

Ken has a long-standing relationship with Southern Capital Funding, having previously served as
our Regional Vice President for Florida.
