Mrs. Pinto serves as our Vice President – Financial Planning & Analysis and works closely with our senior leadership team in overseeing annual budgeting, long-range planning, and financial forecasting.  Kelley directs monthly and quarterly forecasting, performance analysis, and variance reporting to meet profitability targets and collaborates with executive leadership on financial insights, scenario modeling, and strategic decision support.  

She leads efforts to implement and optimize financial systems, tools, and processes.

Mrs. Pinto has worked for Carters, Inc since 2015 as a Senior Forecasting Manager out of Carter’s headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.  She has over 15 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, planning and forecasting.

Kelley is a graduate of the University of Georgia and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology where she was the President of the University of Georgia Woman’s Glee Club 2009-2010 and a University of Georgia Choral Association board member.
