As Vice President / Area Market Manager for Southern Capital Funding Network (SCFN), Cyndi is responsible for expanding SCFN’s presence throughout the Kansas City market and Midwest Region, developing strategic relationships, and connecting business owners, investors, developers, real estate professionals, and referral partners with creative commercial financing and business funding solutions.
A seasoned real estate professional, Cyndi has worked as a Real Estate Sales Specialist since 2020, serving clients throughout Missouri and Kansas. Her experience in residential real estate has given her a strong understanding of real estate transactions from the perspective of buyers, sellers, investors, and industry professionals. She brings a relationship-driven approach to every opportunity, with a focus on understanding clients’ goals, identifying challenges, and connecting them with the right resources to move transactions forward.
Throughout her real estate career, Cyndi has developed extensive experience in client relations, negotiations, market analysis, business development, property marketing, and transaction management. Her ability to build lasting relationships and navigate the complexities of real estate provides a valuable foundation for her role with SCFN and its lending network.
At SCFN, Cyndi works closely with commercial realtors, residential real estate professionals, investors, developers, business owners, financial professionals, and other referral partners to understand their objectives and connect them with appropriate capital solutions through SCFN’s extensive lending network.
