Corry serves as a Vice President/Area Market Manager for the Columbia, Missouri area as well as supporting all business development activities and client relationship support throughout the Midwest market. Mr. Field is a seasoned business and finance professional with almost 3 decades of experience in banking, lending, sales, business development, management, and strategic consulting. Throughout his career, Corry has built a proven track record of increasing profitability, developing successful sales strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and helping businesses achieve measurable growth.

As a Loan Officer, Corry has worked closely with business owners, agricultural clients, and individuals to structure financing solutions, develop relationships, manage market opportunities, and drive both organizational and community growth. His career in banking also includes leadership and commercial banking positions with UMB Bank, Commerce Bank, Central Bank, and Regions Bank, where he was repeatedly recognized as a top producer for generating loan and deposit growth and increasing profitability.

Through Field Agency, LLC, Corry has also served as a business consultant, partnering with organizations across a wide range of industries to improve business strategy, streamline operations, develop sales programs, reduce costs, strengthen financial planning, and enhance marketing efforts. His diverse consulting experience has given him a broad understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses of all sizes.

In addition to his banking and consulting career, Corry has extensive experience in automotive finance and retail management, giving him a unique perspective on sales, operations, customer service, negotiation, and revenue generation. Corry is equally passionate about community and economic development. He has served in leadership roles with chambers of commerce, economic development organizations, and nonprofit boards throughout Mid-Missouri. He was a founding member and chairman of the Moniteau County Regional Economic Development Council and a founding member of the Missouri CORE Partnership, a 12-county economic development initiative. His contributions to economic development were recognized with a Certificate of Achievement from the Mid-Missouri Regional Planning Commission.

A graduate of the MBA School of Lending, Corry also studied business and finance at Columbia College. He continues to bring a practical, results-driven approach to business leadership, combining financial expertise, strategic thinking, sales leadership, and a strong commitment to the communities and businesses he serves.

Corry has 3 children, 3 grandchildren, and a beautiful wife.  His personal hobbies include woodworking, playing the guitar, and designing Hawaiian shirts.
