multiple asset classes and industries, Antonio provides strategic leadership that drives
deal flow, expands market reach, and delivers results across SCFN’s national
Independent Referral Organization (IRO) platform.
Through his leadership of SCFN’s national IRO platform, Antonio expands the
company's market reach, deepens lender relationships, and creates a self-sustaining
referral ecosystem that delivers exceptional financing solutions to small business
owners and commercial real estate investors across the United States.
Mr. Johnson’s ability to recruit, onboard, train, and activate Independent Referral
Organizations across diverse professional categories including franchise brokers,
healthcare practice consultants, financial advisors, CPAs, residential loan officers, and
commercial real estate professionals is key in developing and executing scalable
referral network strategies that generate consistent deal flow across multiple markets
and professional sectors.
Antonio’s approach centers on empowering professionals to generate revenue from
relationships they have already built — without requiring them to become commercial
lending experts. His systematic and people-first approach to IRO development ensures
every referral partner has the training, technology, and support needed to refer
confidently and earn consistently. He believes the strongest deals and the most
productive networks are built the same way lasting relationships are — through honest
communication, genuine investment in others; success, and showing up when it matters
most.
Antonio’s professional excellence is grounded in a life defined by service, commitment,
and integrity. A proud United States Navy Veteran who served as a Navy Corpsman,
Antonio developed the discipline, leadership instincts, and mission-first mindset that
continue to shape his approach to every professional relationship and business
challenge.
Raised in Pasadena, California, Antonio is a proud alumnus of John Muir High School
— the same storied institution attended by baseball legend and American icon Jackie
Robinson. Growing up in the shadow of that legacy instilled in Antonio a deep
appreciation for breaking barriers, building something meaningful, and proving that
character and persistence determine outcomes more than circumstances ever will.
Married for 38 years, Antonio’s personal life reflects the same long-term commitment
and loyalty he brings to every professional partnership. His wife, a dedicated Registered
Nurse, exemplifies the service-oriented values the Johnson family lives by. Their
daughter — a University of Georgia graduate and Physician Assistant trained at Baylor
Medicine — carries on that same tradition of excellence and dedication to serving
others in healthcare.
When he’s not building networks and closing deals, Antonio can be found on the water
— an avid fisherman who brings the same patience, focus, and persistence to fishing
that he brings to every long-term relationship and complex transaction he pursues.
