Region developing strategic relationships and connecting business owners, investors, developers, real estate professionals, and referral partners with commercial financing and business funding solutions.

Rodney is the owner of Jefferson Insurance Agency, a full service life insurance agency serving clients nationwide. With multiple state insurance licenses, Rodney helps clients protect themselves, their loved ones and business owners. Before establishing Jefferson Insurance Agency, Rodney gained extensive experience in the insurance industry on the sales and claims sides where he devoted 30 years. Rodney also has experience in the banking and financial services industries serving as a Relationship Banker where he advised clients on investment options as well as originated personal and commercial loans.

Rodney holds Masters Degrees in Business Management from Argosy University and Biblical Studies from Liberty University. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Michigan-Flint.
