Mr. Thomas has over 30 years of experience in real estate financing, asset-based lending, and SBA 7a loan financing. Dan currently serves as a Vice President of SBA Lending for Renasant Bank, previously known as The First Bank.

Dan has spent most of his career in banking, starting in real estate mortgage financing and advancing to asset based and commercial lending. Mr. Thomas has worked with several asset-based lenders and banks over the course of his career to include Vice President of Sales – HSB Funding (a division of Heritage Southeast Bank), Regional Vice President, IndyMac Bank, Regional Sales Manager, Provident Bank, and National Sales Manager for Eagle Business Credit.

A native of the Midwest, Dan has lived in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Texas, and has lived in Peachtree City, Georgia for the past 25 years.
