Mr. Coad is a Co-founder of SLK Capital Advisors, a boutique broker dealer specializing in debt and equity raises through the private placement market. 

A talented deal maker, he has successfully originated relationships and secured financing with clients throughout the Mid-South and Midwest on both the buy side and sell side. His impressive track record includes brokered deals through D.A. Davidson, Duncan Williams, Raymond James, Morgan Keegan, AmSouth Bank, First American Bank, Nat City Investments, Nat City Bank and Merchants National Bank & Trust. 

His career highlights include - Senior banker on municipal and state debt aggregating more than $20 billion. Co-creator of the ongoing Hoosier Equipment Lease Program (HELP) for the Indiana Bond Bank. Creator of the taxable floating rate alternative lending product for First American and AmSouth Bank which generated more than $3 million in annual recurring revenues.
