Rosa serves as our Area Market Manager in Orlando, primarily focusing on working with small businesses and commercial real estate owner operators throughout the central Florida market.
Growing up in a family of small business owners fueled Rosa’s passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed. Rosa has been dedicated to supporting small business clients by guiding them and helping them access the capital they need to grow.
Ms. Ruiz-Bunker is a bilingual (English/Spanish) former Manager and Vice President at TD Bank in Orlando with over 24-years of banking and lending experience. In addition to her role with TD bank, she has held leadership roles with Banco Popular and Harbor Community Bank.
Her leadership and impact to the local community have been recognized with several prestigious industry awards, including multiple CEO Leadership Awards and the “Vision in Action” Award. Rosa has also been honored by the Hispanic community in Orlando with various recognitions for her service and commitment. She remains actively involved in local chambers of commerce and nonprofit organizations, continuing to uplift and empower others in business and community development.
Rosa holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
